Toyota's Tacoma has been a force in the small pickup category for years and has continued to impress with each generation proving more durable, economical, and practical than the previous. The second-generation Tacoma is no different, offering a tremendous value and that rugged dependability the name is known for. To continue supporting our Tacoma customers, Mishimoto has developed an all-new performance aluminum radiator for the 2.7L/4.0L Tacoma. Our radiator features a full-aluminum design and precisely TIG-welded end tanks for a substantial improvement in durability over the stock plastic radiator. Our aluminum radiator features a 1.65"-thick two-row core with strategically designed fins for maximum cooling efficiency. Packing more fins into our core results in an 84-percent increase in external fin surface area over the stock radiator. This fin surface area increase directly impacts heat transfer, resulting in a 53-percent improvement in heat rejection. The stock Tacoma radiator features an in-tank transmission cooler for automatic models. We've also incorporated an extremely efficient liquid-to-liquid stacked plate transmission cooler into the end tank of our radiator, ensuring proper control of transmission fluid temperatures. As with all our products, this second-generation Toyota Tacoma Performance Aluminum Radiator includes our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.This Part Fits:

Great little temper

Works great! Only problem is that it doesn’t have that feel of tamping. Wish I had more feedback. It just goes down very easily and doesn’t have that feeling of solid tamping. Now that doesn’t mean it’s not doing its job. Works fine but would like some manual feedback.

Take the guess work out of the flow!

I got this because when my wife makes espresso, it's watery. When i make it, it's fine. We needed a controlled Tampering method so we both do the same job.
This is heavy, and being able to use the whole hand instead of fingers, not much effort is needed.
Since we purchased this, we were able to make consistent espresso shots for sure.

Not as good as I expected
When it first came, the box fell apart as I was taking it out, and a lot of some kind of dirt or sand kept falling out all over my table and floor. I had the take the entire thing apart and thoroughly wash it.
After drying age reassembling it, I tried it on my portafilter that came with my Breville Barista Express, but, somehow, it doesn't always make the tamping level. You would think with the ridge that rests on the side of the portafilter that it would force it to remain level, but, somehow, it doesn't, at least not consistently. It also has varying lengths (heights, or depths), and a single spring tension, so you may still over tamping or under-tamp. I was expecting it would have a censor that would just detect once it reached 30 lbs of force and cut off after that, similar to a torque screwdriver, but that's not what this is.
I'll still give it 3 stars because, despite the problems mentioned above, it at least produces some amount of consistency, even if that isn't measurable; but, I can't give it 5 stars because of those issues mentioned above.

As an el Supremo Coffee Geek, I've wasted money on lots of different tampers. Save your money and buy this one or it's equivalent. This thing is heavy duty, solid, well-made, self-leveling, tamps at 30 pounds and is fool-proof even for fools. Also, it's a palm tamper meaning more fun and more satisfying to use as you prep the puck for your morning buzz. Buy it. You will thank me.
