Het Forged Olive Aziatisch hakmes is perfect voor het snijden en hakken van grove stukken vlees en groenten, en ook ideaal voor het portioneren van gevogelte. Dankzij het gewicht en de lichte ronding van het lemmet kun je er bovendien moeiteloos kruiden fijnhakken.

Het mes is met de hand gesmeed uit 7CR17MOV staal met een hardheid van 58 Rockwell.  Sterk, duurzaam en langdurig scherp. Met een lemmetdikte van 2 mm en een snijhoek van 18 graden biedt dit hakmes de perfecte balans tussen kracht en precisie.

De olijfhouten handgreep geeft het mes een natuurlijke, stijlvolle uitstraling. Alle Forged messen zijn met de hand gesmeed, wat elk exemplaar uniek maakt. Verpakt in een luxe houten kistje en voorzien van 10 jaar garantie.
