Saint & Scholar Pinot Gris 2023The winemaking and viticulture teams at Saint & Scholar are excited about the quality of the wine from the 2023 vintage. the cool, wet conditions provided a few challenges at times, but the overall result is outstanding. Harvested at optimal flavour ripeness, the fruit is lightly pressed with only the free run juice used. As we maintain a natural winemaking process, the colour of the wine often has a pink tinge to it.
