ResinTech PPM is a single-component, moisture-cured elastomeric coating that forms a continuous, seamless, pinhole-free waterproofing membrane. It cures by reaction with ambient moisture into a crosslinked elastomeric film and is applied by brush, roller, trowel or airless spray on horizontal, vertical and inclined surfaces. PPM delivers high-elongation, crack-bridging waterproofing for concrete and metal in both protected and exterior assemblies. Confirm membrane thickness, number of coats, primer and detailing against the current TDS, SDS and project specification.

Substrate & Surface Preparation
All substrates must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free of contaminants that may impair adhesion. Confirm against the current TDS.
Limitations
- Do not exceed the recommended thickness in a single application — excessive thickness may cause blistering.
- Reinforcement fabric is recommended at cracks and expansion joints.
- Not a wear surface — where trafficked, protect with a separately specified wearing course or coating.
- Not intended as a vapour barrier or for negative-side hydrostatic pressure without additional design measures.
- Cure time, coverage and recoat windows vary with temperature, humidity and film thickness — confirm against the current TDS.
