The Extreme Brocade BR-SLX-9140-48V-AC-R is an advanced network switch designed for demanding environments. It features 48 SFP28 and 6 QSFP28 ports, offering high-speed connectivity options.
With a switching capacity of 1.8 Tbps in both directions, this switch provides excellent performance for data transmission. It can handle up to 1.2 billion packets per second (Bpps) at layer two and 600 million packets per second (Mpps) at layer three.
Thanks to its large MAC address table size of up to 96,000 entries, the switch can efficiently manage networks with numerous connected devices without experiencing performance degradation.
Latency is also minimal on this device, with a write time of around 2.5 microseconds (µs). This translates into fast response times when sending or receiving data across the network.
