Original Item – Only One Available. This exceptionally rare 20th Anniversary Khalkhin Gol Victory badge was officially issued in 1959 to commemorate two decades since the decisive 1939 battles that secured Mongolia’s eastern borders. The Khalkhin Gol conflict remains one of the most historically significant military victories in modern Mongolian history, making early anniversary awards connected to it highly desirable among serious collectors.

Produced during the socialist era, this badge features classic mid-century construction with period enamel work and correct suspension hardware consistent with late 1950s state manufacturing. Compared to later anniversary issues, the 20th Anniversary version is encountered far less frequently on the public market, as award numbers were significantly lower and distribution was limited to veterans and select participants.

Among all Khalkhin Gol commemorative badges and medals, the 1959 twentieth anniversary issue is considered one of the rarest and most difficult to source today. Although this has nothing to do with the product, it arrived a day later than previously stated. Making me have to create a makeshift room divider the day it was actually needed. When the product arrived it arrived in a box that showed no evidence of damage. Once opened, divider was found inside a plastic cover. Great protector for dust or scratching. The divider was fully assembled so there was nothing for me to do but remove it from packaging and use it where needed. After further inspection the divider was not only cheap and flimsy looking it was absolutely unstable. It would wobble and appears to have been assembled in a rush making some panels crooked. I noted significant damage to the bottom portion of some of the panels both front and back. It does not feel like an item worth the price. The color is as advertised and the product had no smell. The sizing was accurate.
